L – IP rotini w/ tomato sauce and pureed veggies D - Roasted chicken breast w/ mashed cauliflower S - Proti Diet vanilla butter cookie |
Not "officially" on the IP yet but here's my day:
B boiled egg wrapped in 2oz lean turkey slices L 2 cups homemade "diet" cabbage soup D 6oz "naked" swaii pan fried then simmered in a mixture of rice vinegar and low cal syrup, served on a bed of sautéed veggies (broccoli, zucchini, radishes, celery, onion) and topped with coarsely chopped cilantro S medium banana I know this isn't as low in carbs as it should be but I'll get there! At least I didn't put the black beans in it and serve it on white rice like I use to! :) I'll have to figure out what to do about the syrup, too...any ideas? |
