Hi everyone. I am restarting the program after 3 years. I left the plan when I moved to a city that didn't carry the product. I am just starting day 4 and am feeling great!

I have a question... The plan says we can have unlimited cucumbers. So if I had those at lunch, does that mean I can still have 4 cups of the select veggies today? Feeling a little hungry, so I wasn't sure if this was still within my allowances.

You bet! The unlimiteds are to be eaten raw and then you can add your 4 cups of regular vegetables or if you are too full, just count your cukes as part of your 4 cups.

Thanks hugely for the ideas, Ruth Ann!!

Posted this in the daily chat but thought I'd check with the 100%ers. My coach suggested this morning that I add an extra packet (one of the lower carb ones) on occasion, specifically if I'm feeling sluggish, to up my protein intake. She suggested this because my lean mass has dropped more than she would have liked for the amount of weight I've lost total. Has anyone done this or been told to do this? I do feel tired quite often, do not exercise strenuously and I do get all of my packets and 8 oz protein in. Don't want it to impact my losses.

I would start adding a hard boiled egg or a couple of egg whites if you're feeling sluggish and see if that helps rather than a packet (less $). That would up your protein.

If you find yourself eating a lot of the "unlimited" raw veggies in addition to your regular select ones and you start seeing slower losses it might suggest you are overdoing "unlimited"

Yes; I second RuthAnn's suggestion to eat "real food". You will have to get used to getting your calories/nutrients there anyway as you phase off. My energy shot WAAAY up once I switched to P2. Are you planning to phase off by a certain date or by your goal? You are so close, you may just be ready.

Had to go hunt this down on page 4! I know there are a bunch of 100%ers out there!

Anyway - read this today and thought it really fit in this thread.

There are two primary choices in life; to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibilty for changing them.

Love this!!!

I hate that life is getting so busy - September is always a big rush between kids starting school, me in school, karate lessons and Cub scouts...oh yeah and I do occasionally get to see my husband too

Take a minute today, even if it's just a minute, for a deep breath and some self-appreciation. Give yourself one real, honest compliment. It'll put a smile on you for the rest of the day!
