Thank you all for this area of the site. Your posts are encouraging. I am on week 4 and it has been great. Alot of people keep telling me this diet cannot be healthy and I will just spend the money to gain it all back. It is nice to see all of your progress! Keep up all the good work.

Good Monday Morning Men.

Getting a little quiet around here. Seems like a lot of the regulars from when I started are slowing disappearing. Time to get excited and reinvigorated!

NSV this weekend was that I got into a pair of Dockers I haven't worn in 5 or 6 years. I'm not sure I'd want to sit in them all day but they buttoned for the first time in a long time.

The wife had to buy me a couple of new pairs of jean this weekend. Down to a 52 from a 54. They fit and can be done up, the only thing is I've got a bit more to lose so they don't fit like low risers Absolutely hate my backside hanging out the moment you bend over.

I know what you mean about being quite. I have switched over to the "Daily Thread". The ladies on there keep it helpful and offer great suggestions. I see you chime in occasionally

I just started wearing Dockers that I have had in the back of the closet since 2004. I kept them hoping for a dream and now I've found it. Two more weeks and I'll have to get rid of every pair of pants and jeans in my closet. I plan on hitting the Goodwill's for a few new ones. I don't want to got and buy new when they will be useless in a month or so.

Stay strong and motivated this week gentlemen !

DUDES! It's been a while since I've checked in. I'm up about twenty pounds since vacation last month. I've not been very motivated lately. My wife told me yesterday she wanted to start today. So we sat down and went over the basics and placed an order with Nashua Nutrition because I did not have enough food for the two of us for more than a few days. So last time we dieted together was getting ready of our wedding on 2-27-99 so its been a while but we were very successful. I will be checking in with you guys. Take care and stay OP because as we know it works.

Glad to see you back! My wife and I are both doing this together and it's working great. It's nice having someone you can discuss things with who understands exactly what's going on. She also has a co-worker on IP so they can trade packets and we get to try some new ones without committing to buying a whole box.

We're really in to the Quest Bars now. That's usually the go-to breakfast item. If you order them directly from Quest they're very fresh and much easier on the dental work than ones you can get from places like GNC.

I'm usually in the Daily, the 100%, and this thread. Lots of excitement and drama in some of the others. I think they actually made a coach cry in one a couple of weeks back.

Men speak about 2000 words a day, women speak about 7000 words a day. This is normal.

When the program becomes a habit and a way of life, and not a struggle it's hard to talk about it.

I am waiting for KIT to report in. He hasn't had a weigh-in, in two weeks. I think he will be under 250.

It's snowing in Chicago. Last year at this time it hit in the 80's. Won't this winter ever end?

Hang tough men.

I hit the 100% and the over 50 threads as well. I dropped my coach about week 5 and started using alternatives. She wasn't really adding ideas to motivate me or offering suggestions. Now that I know what to do, I'm able to do this on my own and with everyone here on 3FC I can make decisions that work for me.

I'm sorry for your loss. You're going to have a lot on your mind this week so do what you can but food and a diet aren't the most important things on your schedule.

I was actually hoping for Spring and instead we got summer. It's supposed to be 94 in San Antonio today and was about 90 yesterday.

Hello, everyone. I am still here just been busy doing stuff around the house. Trying to get my sewing room organized. Bought 5 vertical file cabinets and got them in and partially loaded up. Also bought a new embroidery machine. I used to sew most of my own shirts. Have not done that in years because I refused to make HUGE shirts, to much work, and I always was going to lose someday. So, gearing up to start sewing again. Have a pile of them that I will be able to start wearing soon. And a ton of fabric to start making new ones....YEAH
2 weeks ago, had to cancel my WI, due to working on Saturday. And she did not show up this Saturday, personal issues. So, took my home WI, which is usually more than the clinic.
Down total of -55 On week 11.
I am partaking of a little extra protein each day, so not losing as fast as I could. But I am happy with 2.5 pounds a week.

So, WELCOME new men, and old men...hehehehe hang in there, it works.

Hey Vet. It's been a while since I've checked in also. I wasn't lost on vacation as you were....lucky guy. (But I will be in April!!)

Anyway, you know so well how this program works, I have no doubt you will knock those extra lbs out in no time.

Being in Phase 4 has turned into sort of a trick. I gave myself a 5 pound limit to fluctuate but have been hovering around the top of those 5 lbs for a few weeks now. I'm thinking of getting a bunch of food and doing a strict Phase 1 week. Especially before we go to Vegas for a week in April. I'm sure I'll put on a few lbs there and would like to be at my goal, if not a little under it, by that time.

I'm still getting things ready for my fun trip to Cuba. I never realized how much there is to do when you expect to be gone for 9 months.

Hey M35...you seem to stir things up a bit. I got back from Miami (Key Biscayne) last Monday and was furiously trying to get caught up on some work (plus it was spring break). Gentleman....I think I redefined Gluttony during my week in Key Biscayne. I drank and ate to excess every night! There was about a 2 day window when I got back that I didn't get back OP. I did swing by my coaches office last week and picked up my food and I am happy to report that I am back OP. I have dropped the extra pounds the scale was registering for me and will go back on Wednesday for my WI. The only thing that sux is I think I have the flu and I am about to head to the DR. I may have to push my WI until Friday. I will report back with progress!

I thought you were about to say 'There was about a 2 day window that I totally can't remember anything I did.'

It's great you were able to drop those extra lbs you picked up.
