So excited for lots of reasons of course, but that's also the most I have ever lost on any diet and course always 100% on plan.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Thats great Dana!! I bet you feel so proud of yourself (I would:D )

Ok. The last two weeks, I have been really hungry throughout the day. I haven't been doing anything different. I still drink tons of water (roughly 120 oz). Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

I get days like this sometimes and if I drink a few cups of warm herbal tea it usually goes away. It is frustrating tho for sure. Some people say that when they have been super hungry for no reason that is when they lose the most. Maby have a baby pickle or 2? The tea usually helps me.

What products are you using? I had this happen when I was using a powder that I had to shake over a RTD shake. They were two completely different brands though, so I think that had a lot to do with it.

That's just wonderful, Dana. And in two weeks, or maybe less, . . . . :D

Thanks everyone and yes Linden, hopefully in two weeks or less. On my scale I only have 4 pounds to go to crossover, but I'll stick with my official WI. However I'm still celebrating when MY scale hits 199.

I haven't been using any powder drinks. I use all RTD. Same stuff the whole time I've been OP.

Thanks. I might try that. Today I am having my snack at 3pm instead of having it before bed. I'm an early riser. I'm up at 4am and to work by 5am, so my schedule is a little off. I may go back to having a veggie snack around 9am to help tide me over.

Small NSV today - there were warm soft pretzels at my office today with all kinds of yummy toppings. I walked past them about 5 times, and a little devil inside me kept telling me to eat one. I just LOVE soft pretzels! I stayed strong and I am very proud of staying in control! I just told myself: "there will still be soft pretzels when I'm at my goal weight. I will not give into my cravings until it's okay for me again to do so."

Stay strong and OP! We can do it!

Hi Everyone....I had a great NSV yesterday and I great WI today! Yesterday my sister and I went shopping and she wanted me to try on some jeans as my jeans were getting a little baggie on me. I had no idea what size to try on so we grabbed a couple different sizes and to my surprise the smaller of the two fit, I can fit I size 12, I was jumping up and down in the store i was so happy, i think the sales lady thought I was insane, lol, and the cool thing was the jeans were on sale for $15. woohoo...

Also I had my WI today and I lost 6 lbs, i was so excited, especially after not having a loss last weekend. See not cheating is rewarding. Keep up the great work everyone and congratulations to everyone who has had losses, NSV's and who has WI's this week!!!

Wow! What a great couple of days!!!! You are doing an amazing job!!! I love fitting into smaller clothes. :dancer::dancer::dancer:

I can't stand wearing super-baggy, falling-off pants, so I've been going through the clearance racks when I go shopping and picking up smaller pairs of jeans. If I can find $8 pants a size or two too small, I buy them because I'll make it there sooner or later. I don't mind wearing loose-fitting shirts, so even though I can wear a L or an XL now, I still wear my 2X & 3X shirts.

Today is a miserable day here in Louisiana. It's raining and muggy. UGH!

That's awesome about being able to wear much smaller clothing now! Awesome job! What size pants are you in if you don't mind me asking? :D

Sorry about the weather! Hope it clears up for ya! :)

Biggest Loser show last night - i was sad to see Nancy go. She is such a sweetheart. I love this show, it helps with extra motivation!!! Opinions on who they think will win?
I was shocked that Chism only lost 1 lb.

I have had a few food challenges at work this week too. I was brought a warm apple fritter (my favorite), which I quickly passed on. Then shortly after I was offered a meal coupon to use at one of the gourmet food trucks set outside this week. Wasn't tempted, ate my packed lunch resolutely!

This week, size 14 pants fit well. I have heavy thighs, so I'm still in a 16 in "skinny" jeans (they're a little loose in the waist but fit in the thighs). My 20W's and 18W's fall off. I have a couple of pairs of regular 18's that are loose at the waist, and I still wear those. They aren't baggy in the butt yet, but when they reach that point, I'll stop wearing them.

When I weighed 175 (a million years ago), I think I wore a 12, so I'm not buying anything smaller than a 14 for a while. :)
