Thanks Busy, when I grabbed the 22's yesterday I was thinking, "these have no strectch" to them but what the h*ll I will try then anyway, HA to my surprise they FIT!!...talk about made my day......lol

Quick question out of curiosity...i hear a lot of people saying how they're not hungry anymore and/or even forget to eat. I'm sure i'm in ketosis as i see no reason why iw ouldn't be but i'm still hungry when lunchtime comes around, lol. My stomach will be growling by at least 11h and by 3pm i'm hungry again (which is why i have my snack at 3:30). Its nothing that i cannot easily control but was just curious if i was the only one still looking forward to my salad at lunch!

If I get a little hungry which sometimes happens (and I think is cued more from boredom than actual hunger) I can have a mini dill pickle, or some pickle chips with hot tea and that takes the edge off for me until dinner. I see you have your snack in the afternoon, but I couldn't imagine not having anything else to eat after dinner until the next morning, which is why I save my 3rd packet until evening, helps keep me full so I don't wake up starving. Just goes to show we're all different, and there's room in the strict plan for adjusting to your bodies needs.

I didn't really eat much before I started IP, I eat more now than I did before. Sometimes I forget to eat then realize its 4 and I haven't eaten lunch yet....lol...I guess I am so preoccupied I don't think about it

I had such a busy weekend but stayed 100% OP even given the craziness! It really isn't that hard as long as you do plan ahead and have an "emergency bag" I cannot have any restricted bars or anything yet still managed with my unrestricted drink mixes and shaker! I really didn't think it was going to work, but it did no problems! I caught up on my thread post readings, and CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! I am so proud of all the fantastic WI's and NSV! I gives me so much motivation and encouragement to keep it up and keep going!! Good Job Everyone! Happy Monday and have a GREAT WEEK!

I usually get kind of hungry when it's about time for the next meal, but what I eat usually satisfies me. If not, a cup of herbal tea does the trick. I feel like my "hunger" around meal times is more of a mental programming, rather than actual hunger. Anyone else feel that way?

I eat dinner around 7-7:30 so i'm never hungry after that in the evening. I would find it too hard to go from noon til 7+ without eating.

I'm the same as busy mom. I have a late dinner and an early bedtime so I have my snack in the afternoon.

I'm the same... I can feel my stomach hunger pains around 11 am and the around 3:30-4:00

I'm 100% and yes I get hungry both at lunch and by dinner I'm starving - especially if I forget my lunch veggies sitting on the counter at home - then I usually bust them open as soon as I walk in the door and munch on them while making dinner so I'm not tempted to over eat. I never used to eat until dinner - just grab a few diet cokes through out the day, I actually find I'm more hungry through out the day because my body starts processing food at breakfast (and throughout the day) instead of just waiting until dinner.

My stomach grumbles around lunch and dinner time too. I don't get hungry between meals. I usually have my snack in the afternoon, and if for some reason I don't, I really have to force myself to eat it after dinner. Dinner really fills me up!

I had my WI today, and I'm down another 4.8 pounds!!! Woo Hoo!!!! On top of that, I put on a pair of size 14 pants, and they fit perfectly. I'm thrilled!

Everyday for me is a little bit different. Today not hungry at all, but tomorrow I might feel some hunger just about the time it's time for me to eat. I eat at scheduled times as I promised my coach I wouldn't go longer than 4 hours without protein.
