I restarted last Wednesday and so far am down 8 pounds (gained back a few, but have lost them, plus some), and the new guy in my life is also doing IP. So much easier when you have someone checking in on you!

I truely wish the scale read in the 150's, but I do feel comfortable with how I look and my size so I will continue to maintain and learn to live with this new me.
This is a journey...not just getting to the finish line.

Thank you so much, it is so weird I get so excited during WI day... use to not even have a scale at home and now can't wait for the end of the day to see how much closer I am. Has been a good ride and a great experience and I have learned so much from everyone here.
Great article, Linden. Positive re-enforcement for doing what makes sooo much sense and satisfaction for body and soul. As I have gone back to work 4 days a week, even though the days mon thru thur, am til 3:00 are great hours I still find it hard to slow down and do the right thing with food. It is easy to fall back into old habits of quick and poor food choices. But with this program and the"deprograming" I did to myself while off work those choices have rung hollow and unsatisfying when tried again. Onward and upward, thanks for the article sharing. Carol
