No problem for me, giving up broccoli... but I'm not sure life would be worth living without my cauliflower!.. I love the stuff... I don't have it twice a day, but I do have it
every day... did your coach explain what it was about those two veggies that would cause slow loss?.. I suppose if I have to cut back, it would be worth it to give my weight loss a kick in the seat of the pants... btw, how do you eat it?.. raw, steamed, roasted?.. I hardly ever cook mine, just cut it up raw in my salad...
