i am areally struggling today.
i have absolutely no appetite and have have 2 shakes today and don't want anything for dinner. i feel so uncomfortable(mentally and physically) eating food when i am in no way, shape or form hungry. i used to eat when i was bored, emotional...blah,blah,blah. and now i feel i've tamed that unnecessary *need* for food with ip. so, i'm not really sure how to handle to idea that i'm suppsed to be eating 10 ounces of meat everyday plus 4 cups of veggies, a ton of water plus 2 packets. it all just seems a little too overwhelming for my stomach. anyone else been through this? what's a girl to do?:?: |

Funny everyone is talking about being cold. I thought maybe I was getting sick. About being cold... this is just my brain churning, so don't take my word for it... but if I noticed being cold, I'd think maybe my internal furnace wasn't burning hot enough, in other words, my metabolism was down... how to fix that?.. maybe add another teaspoon or two of fat?.. I don't know, maybe somebody else has some ideas...

Me too with being cold, my husband thinks I am a little crazy because I keep checking to see if the A/C has been turned up. And I started wearing socks to bed too.:dizzy:

i wish i was cold, i'm ALWAYS HOT. don't know if it has anything to do with the texas heat or my birth control and the fat loss(and estrogen getting dumped into my body) combination. i feel like i'm always having those so called hot flashes. i'll wake up in the middle of the night with our AC on a perfectly comfortable 78 and be soaked in sweat. thank god we have a good mattress protector, yuck!

Just went out for dinner and ordered a garden salad with a chicken breast... The menu didn't say it had carrots, but when it came to the table...:carrot: shredded carrots! I picked them off the best I could, but there were a few I missed... Do you think this will kick me out of ketosis? I'm worried... I haven't cheated yet and would hate to be kicked out over some carrots... I would have rather had something like chocolate be the culprit! lol
