Oh me too!!!

Has anyone noticed a bit of 'sensitivity' when they started the diet? What I mean is I have always 'stuffed' ( with food) negative emotions down.. Now I find them surfacing.. this is new to me, I am usually Joyful all the time.. Part of the detoxing???

I was pretty irritable without my carbs. If my hubby looked at me crossways, I was ready for a fight. When our carb levels are low, our serotonin levels are also low, and serotonin keeps our moods regulated.

I felt the same exact way the first few days. The first few days was very difficult for me. But I leveled out after day 4. It gets better. Give it about a week. You will definitely see a difference.

me too :( he keeps asking if I am mad at him, or what did he do wrong. At the begining i kept saying "its the diet's fault" but that line is wearing thin.

Does anyone know how to set up the measuring weight line showing your progress and also the funny features? I have looked every where on this sight to add it to my signature and don't know where to find it.

the signature tracker is in your User CP section at the top of the page in the purple bar. you must be a member for 20 days and make 25 posts before it will even allow you the option to do so. :)

it's the lack of carbohydrates and devil woman juice ;)

la tee da. i am bored and lone tonight while hubster is out doing side work making money for my next wardrobe;)

my highlight of the night was going to 6 redboxes to find my daughter the new barbie dvd...then going to the grocery store to pick up maybe 10 things, go to the register and could not find my card. had to tell the cashier that i had to leave to go find it. got to sports utility vehicle, rummaged through e erything and then found it in my purse. NICE.

i gained a lb over this last week and for the first time, i kind of don't care. i think i've finally come to realize with this plan, that you will lose it eventually, if you just stick with it. i've never made a goal and reached it. i will reach this one.

oh, i think my chicken is burning...

Thanks, Erin for the info.

I have a measurement question. I use a digital scale to measure my spinach salad to be 4 oz - which is a lot on the digital scale. When using a measuring cup it's a whole lot less spinach. Which should I use - the scale or the measuring cup.

This is only my second time posting but my tracker works...I think you just need to have an account for a certain number of days.
