Hello everyone,

How are you all doing with your program? I am doing great, I have written out an exercise schedule for myself the next 12 weeks. Many of the exercise is not what is recommended, but I was doing the exercise before going back to the 6wbmo and I love it. So I may not lose as quickly but I will be getting a nice toned body underneath.

It's good to see so many new people that have discovered the program.

Don't forget the key is to prepare!

hi everyone, so happy to see this thread is still up and running, i was a member a long tiem ago on here and i can't remember my login ( i wasn't a frequent poster)

i had the program for over 3.5 years, there is no doubt that it works, it's sticking to it that's difficult.

i wanted to get back on track but i seem to have misplaced my cards. i kind of remember the menu ( B and/or C since provida can't tell me which one i am for sure )

#1 prot & fruit
#2 same
#3 prot, carb, veg
#4 prot, carb
#5 prot, carb, veg
#6 fruit

could someone PM me with the right breakdown ( did i get it right ? i know B and C are a little different ) I really want to get back on the wagon, i have about 50- 60# to lose.

thank you in advance!

I know that we can do this. Let's support one another on our journeys to healthier lives.

Hello! I'm bad about the whole message board thing...
But I wanted to check back in. Next week will be my "week 6" on the plan... I've lost 16 lbs!! I have done a little cheating here and there, but still keeping those within my WW point ranges for the day/week.
I feel better than I have in the last 10 years, so much energy, and clothes that I've had stored for years are starting to fit again.

I will admit that the longer you stay on this the cooking and measuring does start to wear on you, but it DOES work. Nothing else has worked for me in the last 5 years.

After next week I will probably continue to stay on the plan for a bit longer to keep seeing my 2-3lbs a week loss, my target it to be at my goal weight by July.

We can DO it!!!

Talking question about WW & 6 week body makeover

Hello All... I too haven't posted here in FOREVER. I also was sucked into the infomercial and decided to search "Ebay" for a cheaper better deal on this 6 week body makeover. Guess what?..... I found one and ordered it yesterday for $30!!!! I am currently doing WW from home and I mainly ordered this system for the workout video, etc. I was wondering if anyone can tell me, can I still be on WW & follow this program too? WW has worked for me so far b/c I have lost 17 lbs since JANUARY! I am ssssooo PROUD of myself! I guess my question is... can I do WW & the 6wk body makeover together?

Default New and Frustrated

Hi everyone!! I hope you don't mind me joining in. I ordered this program on ebay at a more affordable price. I have been following and reading up on this program for a while now, but a single mom with a limited income, I could not afford the regular price. Thinking I got a great deal on ebay, I was sooo excited to get my new diet program. I am a type B body type, and it turns out that the package is missing alot of things. My own fault I guess. The six day part for B is not on there and a lot of the plan for B is not either! I have the of food from each catagory, the tapes, and some of the literature. Does anyone know if the type A plan work similar to type B? I seen somewhere that they are very similar. Maybe that will work?

Well I guess I'm on my own. If anyone happens to read this weeks later like I did, please PM me and we can support each other. I will also start checking every other day or so to see if anyone else has responded. I found the info I was looking for in my plan. I got my B menu items and started the other day. Not too bad so far, but boy I wish you could have 1 treat a day like WW. It doesn't even have to be something with sugar, but a peice of bread or something with a little salt. I think this will work for me but not as a lifetime lifestyle. I think after my Florida trip (5 weeks now) I will go back to ww. It is very doable as a lifetime lifestyle. Good luck everyone.

I have a lot of weight to lose more than 100 lbs. I have been on this diet faithfully for 4 days, I have lost 12 pounds, feel really bad but at least if I die, I will die lighter. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

Hi every one! Just as a little encouragement to you all on the program....
I first heard about this program maybe around Feb '05 from a friend of mine. She gave both me and my boss the quiz and copies of the essentials that we needed for our body types. I was a B, my boss was a C. I did it off and on for a few months, and when I would do it I would see dramatic loss. I'm talking 4 lbs a day sometimes!!! The problem was the preperation required. I could probably only go 4 days on the plan before I'd go nuts or just run out of food/time to prepare it. so I'd go back on Starting Monday. I went through this cycle for a few months. I would gain back over the 3 day lapse, but I would quickly re-lose it once I started up again. ThenI just kind of stopped doing it. BUT (this is the encouraging part) my BOSS did it faithfully, and she went from a size 16 to a 10!!!! And this was less than a year. It seemed like it happened SO Fast. Probably didn't seem that way to her though!! Hahaha. So this plan DOES work! It just takes dedication!! And a little creativity so the food plan doesn't get boring. From reading the posts it seems the 6wbmo/provida site has some good ones. I'll have to check them out....because... I've started again! Hopefully I wont go through the same cycle!!! But I started on Monday- weighed my self this morning.... and had a 3.9 weight change from when I weighed my self on Saturday!! I don't know what my start weight was on Monday... so I'm going off of the last time I weighed myself (saturday). To keep myself motivated... I'm going to keep reading the posts and getting information on the program! So keep me updated on all your sucess!!!! Good Luck all!
