Default Hello there

Hi I am new here, I did the 6WBMO over a year ago and lost 20 lbs, then of course off plan and eating regular foods again made me gain most of it back.. I am excited to see that there is a thread here... may I join you gals?
I am a B and didnt have any problems with it last time except eating so often... I came from the frame of mind that eating so much couldnt make you lose the weight. Anyway, I went shopping today and am ready to start over tomorrow!!!

Hi friends,

I am happy to say that so far I have lost 6 lbs. I can't wait until Christmas is over though, not because I don't love Christmas, but because it's so difficult to be 100% right now because of all of the wonderful treats.

I have not gone overboard, but I am struggling to say NO! I will get there, just having a bit of a hard time.

I look forward to being 100% the day after Christmas. I know that I could not post this failure on Provida's board, I would be eaten alive and I know that I have to do this for me.

Christian, my jeans are a good focus for me because I really want to be healthy and look good in them.

Welcome, StartingAgain, you can do this!

Have a great day everyone!

Hello everyone,

I am sorry for my last post, I was rambling quite a bit. I am doing better today however.

I ordered Chalene Extreme, she is the maker of Turbo Jam and I loved that program so much, I thought I would try her new one. I think the combination of the 6WBMO and that exercise program will help me achieve the results that I am after. Being a Body Type C, they don't really recommend kickbox type exercise, but if you aren't doing what you love, you won't do it.

Christian, I hope you have the best birthday ever!

Have a great day!

Hi. I'm restarting with the MT makeover. I started 3 years ago and lost 80lbs and then I stopped and gained 40 back. I've been back on for a week and I'm down 11 lbs. I am going on a cruise next January and I want to get as close to my goal as possible.

I'll be your 6wbmo buddy. I no longer have all the info but I STILL remember it from when I did so well a while back ago. I have been wanting to get started on it again but seem like I am on it a day or so and then go off it. If I can have someone to write to when I am wanting something I am not suppose to have, maybe that will help me. Let me know!!

Hi Cannie, what Body Type are you? I still have all of the info so if you have any question please let me know, I may be able to help you.

I am back on the 6WBMO for one 6 week stretch to give my weight loss a boost. When I am done with this stretch I will be about 15-20lbs away from my goal. I find it difficult to live on the 6WBMO because it is very strict and I get into a bad bingeing/guilt cycle. My plan when I am done with this 6 weeks is to incorporate the 6WBMO with a low carb eating plan.

I look forward to reading about your journey.

I am a body type B. What body type are you? I am also wanting to start on a 6 week stretch just to give my weight loss a boost. I also go into a binge/quilt cycle!!!

I too look forward to reading about your journey and maybe we can support each other along the way.

I am also a Type B. I am a little jealous of types A & C because they can have carbs with breakfast. I really would love to have some oatmeal or sweet potato "pancakes" for breakfast. Luckily, I love eggs so I eat a lot of broccoli and spinach omelettes.

So far I have lost 10 lbs in a little more than 2 weeks so it's been worth the effort. Last time I was on the program I lost 25lbs in the 6 weeks, but I didn't do the fat-burning cardio. This time around I have been doing the 45-min 4 times a week on the treadmill, so I am hoping for a slightly higher total loss.

This past weekend was tough, we went to a carnival and everyone was eating ice cream, funnel cakes and caramel apples.

My mother has wanted to do this program FOREVER... but she is well over the 300 range, and has terrible back and knee problems (had a top grade football injury to her knee and missing ligaments and everything)--Is the excercise portion too much for someone like that, you think? I'd love to get it for her for mothersday (thinking of buying off ebay--faster and cheaper) :P
