You - be consistent! I can't do my job unless you inform me properly how to do it. Nit-picking over the tiny things I do wrong, and then not telling me important things I need to be doing differently is NOT a good way to manage!
You--stop using the company credit card for personal use! Yeah, yeah, we're both owners but I don't use company money for dining out--I pay for it myself.
You really should be more careful about what you say in public settings. Indicating that you want to keep someone happy by relieving them a responsibility that everyone else must bear only makes everyone else think you con't care if they are happy or not. After hearing that, I'm now not so inclined to be so agreeable to things and am more inclined to not share as much so that I can be considered so indispensible that you need to also make me happy.
