Cup of left over pad thai. 1 homemade bean burger with arugula, vegenaise, daiya slice, and ketsup. 1 package of roasted seaweed, 2 small pieces of dark chocolate. Was a -2 and ended +3.

mars -sorry you're feeling out of wack :/ I'm sure you're body will regulate back to normal soon though.
Small salad.
-1/2 c kale
-1/2 c lettuce
-5 small slices of pan seared tofu
-lite mayo
-ketsup
-slice of daiya
-hot sauce
Also had a couple pop chips(less than 10) and a tsp hummus.
I was a -2 and ended +2.
