My lunch today was Bacon-Apple-Cheddar Broccoli Slaw. I added some barbecue chicken to it.
This is so delish I've had it two days in a row. Plus, it is simple to make and is an entire meal in just one dish - veggies, fruit, and protein. This recipe is a keeper.
This sounds delightful! Thanks for posting. I'll definitely be trying it soon.
2 veggie patties, 1 slice df cheese, 1/4 avocado, small apple, roasted seaweed. I was SO hungry. I'm really really hungry today and don't know why :/ Luckily I'm going to the gym later otherwise my calories would end up being over for the day....I was a -3 and ended +2.

Pattience-Thank you for the info! I think that's a very interesting theory and think it might be right. My body has really been fighting me lately with losing any more weight. Its like my body REALLY wants to be 140. I'm so close to goal now though, I really don't want to have to take a maintenance break and am honestly a little fearful of upping my calories even if its just for a few days...but if its what my body needs to reset I think I might try it.
Venti Skinny Vanilla Latte with soy milk. Was a -2 and ended +2.
Dottington, I'm finishing up a two week diet break right now and so far I have to say it's been great. I'll update you once I get back into my diet, but it may be worth considering. I was terrified at first of gaining but I have maintained and hopefully it has helped reset things. Only time will tell. Hope you figure something out for yourself!
pattience-I'm planning on getting the book this weekend Thank you for your support. I did a little less hiking this week, I've been pushing so much bc I've been training for a trip. I do love hiking though, it keeps me sane. But I know my body is tired.
noname-that makes me feel a lot better knowing your break went well I'm going to give it a go next month.
I had a big late breakfast and wasn't very hungry after my hike so just had a V8 drink. Was a -1 and ended +2.
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup skim milk (should prob switch to almond milk), 1/4 cup of baby spinach (I love baby spinach!), a 1/2 cup of frozen blue berries, and 1/8 rolled oats
I shudder to think of the calories but so good for you!
