Homemade zucchini bread (I'm surprised I got some before it was all gone! My colleagues really chowed down on it this morning lol), a smoothie and some homemade pickles. Trying to make my lunches a little bigger to curb my snacking later in the day.

Vegan tostada and 4 tortilla chips. Was a -3 and ended +4 :/ Honestly over did it a bit....it was after my hike and today is supposed to be a normal eating day since yesterday was a fast day so I wanted to finish it. Oh well, learned my lesson!

A BLT wrap. I cannot even begin to explain how much bacon was on this thing...definitely not what I was expecting lol

Yesterday I had shirataki noodles with chicken in herb chicken broth and plenty of sriracha - ramen style.

mars -glad you were able to get to your meal time without starving
Sandwich with gluten free bread, veggie chicken salad, lettuce, slice of dairy free cheese. 1/4 red bell pepper with 2tblsp tomato basil hummus. 1/2 c champagne grapes, 2 medjool dates, 2 tblsp better than cream cheese, and 3 gf crackers.
Was a -2 and ended +2.

i had a very small lunch. microwave vegan soup (100 calories) and 4 crackers (50 calories)
