Yesterday - I did my gym workout with my trainer.
Went without the car as it was at the mechanics - and managed 19000 steps .......
Today I hope to do yoga on fitstar and some cardio ......

smiling, great work on the 19,000 steps! I just got home from power walking and running errands in a nearby community a few minutes ago. I will power walk on my way to a meeting tonight. also have a brief errand that I will run on the way to the meeting.

thanks yumadeb! just got home a few minutes ago from power walking and running errands in a neighboring community. as soon as I finish checking my e-mail, i'll go for another power walk and run another errand.

Did cardio on the elliptical at the gym.
Haven't been to Niagara Falls - would love to one day - has always fascinated me.
Am a little jealous you guys are heading into Summer - where here "Winter is Coming" .....

good morning all! will exercise and have breakfast in a few minutes! smiling, Niagara falls is lovely! I live about 2 hours from the falls. I was last there two years ago. it was lovely. going there again in a couple of months.
