just finished doing leslie sansone's 3 heart healthy walking at home. will go for a power walk and run some errands in a few minutes.

Hi all,
For May Day - I had a 8km walk and talk with a friend ..... and then did a 20 min fitstar yoga session at the other end of the day.
I also had a terrible "binge" day with food - but just got to put it behind me and move on.
Take care all ..... Hope it is great month for everyone.

just back from lunch. will fold some laundry, bag up the trash and then go for a power walk and run an errand in a few minutes.

First post, glad to make it apart of this thread. I'm going to try to keep up with the Lose It app, too.
May 1:
75 Squats
15 mins on Treadmill at 3 mph, low incline.
15 mins on elliptical, moderate intensity.
10 mins on stationary bike, moderate intensity.
Weight training:
3 reps of 10 on bench press @ 20 lbs (I feel so weak with that).
6 reps of 10 on lateral pulldown @ 40 lbs
3 reps of 10 on some dual arm pulling machine that I don't know the name of, but you pull both at first, then pull one closer, push it back, pull the other, etc. @ 40 lbs

good evening! I did 32 minutes of leslie sansone's heart healthy walking at home before I left for work today. I went for a power walk during my lunch break. I will go for another power walk in a few minutes.
