Interestingly I didn't gain or lose any weight in Iceland (I ate a lot of carbs but also exercised) but my waist is down over an inch in the past few weeks!

Happy Thursday, Everyone!

I am back home. During this awesome week, I gained 4 pounds. Although I would have preferred to have maintained my weight, I am pleased that it was an improvement over the last trip during which I gained 5 pounds in just 3 days. So I am getting better at traveling. Next time I am aiming for maintaining.

Laura: Congrats on enjoying your trip to Iceland and not gaining weight. Awesome job!

Yesterday evening I did 40 mins on the cardio machines. Today I am going to do my weights/gym programme........

Nothing for last night, since I had a more intense angioedema flare up and I was doubled over with stomach pain.
Today is my early day so no Oxycise, either. I'm feeling better this morning, thank the Lord!

Hi everyone!

Yumadeb - yay for the 2 pounds!

Ciecie - Iceland is a GORGEOUS country! Volcanic mountains, rugged coast, lovely countryside, massive waterfalls, geysirs, hot springs and we were blessed enough to see the Northern Lights two times! Spectacular! It is so unique and I highly recommend visiting and it was only a 5 hr flight from Boston. We hiked a crater one day (extinct volcano) and it was so lovely. We toured all around Southwest and Western Iceland including the Snaefellsness Peninsula. The Icelandic people were so welcoming and kind! Thanks for asking and I hope you are well!

Diana - I'm glad you are feeling better! :hugs:
Food wise it was mostly fish, lamb and cheese for food and since I eat a Vegan diet it was interesting! We rented a house in the countryside so I was able to prepare much of my own food. When we ate out it was carb heavy for me - toast and jelly, veggie sandwiches.

Today: Turbo Fire lo hiit 20. I am SO SORE after having a week long break from Turbo/Focus T25!

I didn't get to the gym yesterday ..... but did this morning. Was a beautiful Autumn Saturday morning here - so walked there and back too which was a 7km round trip.

HI Everyone!

Check-In: 3 sections (30 minutes) from Leslie's Walk Blasters

I had to clean and dust the office and clean the bathrooms at the shop today. I needed something low impact to do at home while I started dinner. So this workout fit the bill. I found a Richard Simmons workout at Goodwill for $1 today. It has 80's music. I haven't done a Richard Simmons workout in years.
