Work got in the way today. I got 17 minutes into my workout and customers started coming in. It was a sculpt/weight workout, so I will finish it up tomorrow and then hopefully add something onto it. Enjoy your evening! |

I did 40 minutes on the stepper and then I did a half hour beginners yoga/stretch class in the virtual room ..... Take care all -:) |

just did 32 minutes leslie sansone's heart healthy walking at home. also had a healthy breakfast today. will go for a power walk and to run some errands in a few minutes. :D

I didn't get back to the shop to finish the workout from yesterday. I ended up doing a 2 mile outdoor walk. I will pick back up with that workout and rotation tomorrow. Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening. |
