32 minutes leslie sansone's walk away your hips and thighs before I left for work this morning. power walk during my lunch break and after I got home. busy day at work.

Hi Everyone!

Work got in the way today. I got 17 minutes into my workout and customers started coming in. It was a sculpt/weight workout, so I will finish it up tomorrow and then hopefully add something onto it.

I did 40 minutes on the stepper and then I did a half hour beginners yoga/stretch class in the virtual room .....

Hi everyone!

What a great start to the month! Day off for me today

Diana and Emily: We leave in less than 2 weeks! Very excited to see such natural beauty and hopefully the Northern Lights

Only 1 pound lost this week and that's ok!

just did 32 minutes leslie sansone's heart healthy walking at home. also had a healthy breakfast today. will go for a power walk and to run some errands in a few minutes.

Hi Everyone!

I didn't get back to the shop to finish the workout from yesterday. I ended up doing a 2 mile outdoor walk. I will pick back up with that workout and rotation tomorrow.
