just finished leslie sansone's 2 mile heart healthy walking at home. will get cleaned up and go for a power walk on my way to church.

did 32 minutes leslie sansone's heart healthy walking at home before I left for work. went for a power walk during my lunch break. will go for another power walk and to run some errands in a few minutes.
