Hi Everyone!
Check-In: 30 minutes of the 40 minute Cardio premix from Zero to Sixty Low Impact w/weights I used #3's. People started coming in my office so I had to cut my workout short

My thyroid labs show that my numbers are improving, so that's a good thing. I have struggled with my thyroid being out of range since my Mom passed away over 3 years ago.

Hi all,
This evening I did my Gym Programme for about a hour. Kind of a mix of weights and floor exercises.
Not loving it - but i hope it's doing me good. Would much prefer to do cardio all the time.
