Check in - did the step class using the virtual room. Long time since I have done a step class - couldn't do all the moves but it was fun.

Take care all -

Good Morning, Everyone!

DH woke me when he got up to go to the farm.

Last night I added on: Slim and Limber
This Morning: Listening to my Belleruth meditation/affirmations

Smilingin2013 Tell me about the virtual room at the gym. I have never hear of that before. I remember, back in the day , if the group exercise room wasn't used, people would want to bring a DVD to do on their own. The gyms wouldn't allow this since it was a liability and they needed someone to watch you for safety reasons.

Teacher
How are your dogs doing?

MartianMartin I forgot, are you walking, jogging, or running?

Have a great day!

Diana - it is a room with a touch screen console that you can choose which workouts out want. Most of the time people choose the spin class and there are 4 spin bikes at the back of the room but there is over 25 workouts to choose from which do change. We can dim the lights and the screen is pretty big and the projector works automatically.
We do sign liability waiver when we join the gym and I live in NZ so we have a national Accident insurance scheme. So we usually can't sue for accidents which maybe might mean it is perhaps safer for gyms here ....

Today I did Rip I think they call it in the Virtual Room - a barbell class .....

That's a good question. For me it is running because it is as fast as I can go. But I guess it is jogging since it is slow. It's not walking because that is a different form/style than running/jogging.
