Hi Everyone!

Any fun Halloween plans? We're going to the fair tomorrow night. We will take Cody to the shop so people ringing the doorbell at home won't upset him.

This morning I did the step class in the virtual room......
......We are going out for dinner tonight as its my dh's birthday .....Have fun with your Halloween plans .....
I reckon we've all done pretty well this month .....-

Hi everyone!!!

Diana & Smiling- happy birthday to your hubbies!!!

We'll stay home and pass out candy if anyone comes by. We have a very new & quiet neighborhood.

today- no formal workout... took my students to the ymca so did some walking on the treadmill & bike. Got in my 10,000 steps

Good job on the steps teacher ..... I think I get lazier in moving around the more formal exercise I do and I should get my pedometer back on .....

Hi Everyone!

Check-In: Denise Austin's Yoga Burn

This is a yoga workout that has a cardio effect and gets your heart rate up. I have been wanting to try something like that. I did like this one. I definitely got my heart rate up and was impressed that I could follow along since I have never done a yoga workout that moves along quickly like this one.
