Hi everyone, Happy Hump Day! I am on track with my number of steps per day challenge (10,000 steps on fitbit) I want to start running though. I've tried running on the streets but it's super embarassing with neighborhood dogs barking at you... LOL but yeah I think I will give it a shot at the treadmills today, I ususally stick to just elliptical and stationary bikes! It's amazing to see ppl run and run and run AND run on the treadmill. I want to be one of them :/

Happy Monday, Everyone!

We had a great time on our trip visiting family and friends in the Midwest! I gained 4.2 pounds. We got back Saturday evening and I have already dropped 2.2 of those pounds.
