It is hard to believe that it's September already! But I welcome the gloriously cooler fall weather.

I haven't done a darned thing yet today but I wanted to pat myself on the back a little. I planned on biking 70 miles in August and I actually did just under 99!!
So, in September, I'm shootin for 100 miles.

I'm not biking to the store today tho' ... I don't think an 18 litre bottle of water will fit in my basket

Good work Susan!!

Last night I did a good UBWO - sore arms today. I just learned that a meeting I thought was tonight is actually next week, so I'll be going home after work and getting my bike or gym stuff, depending on the weather.

Thank you, thank you. Pat I wish you the weather we've been having. It has been (and is supposed to continue to be) about 23 C with light wind. I'm so enjoying my bike. Ten miles today! It felt awesome!

Wow, that's great weather. It's stopped raining here, and the sun is out, but the time/temp says it 48, which is 9 C! (love those online temp converters) Of course, it's not 11 am yet, so it'll be warmer this afternoon. I'm leaning toward the bike ride after work.

I am so pumped today. I'd probably go riding in the 9 degrees. I went ahead and did 30 minutes of legs today.
I know this sounds silly but I've never really achieved an exercise goal before. I probably have never whole-heartedly set one.
I'm so notoriously anti-movement ... the proverbial couch potato ... that I'd sit in a group of people and listen to them talk about aerobics class or baseball or bowling and say "That's ... like ... a sport or something" shudder "Isn't it?" Everybody I know thought that was funny and very like me.
Who'd have ever thought that I ... me ... moi would bike 10 miles just for fun and then do exercises!
I am wired ... I should go scrub something.

So I was putting my bike in the car last night, and the sky opened up! I promptly opted for indoor exercise! A short but intense hail storm.

Today is legs and probably some cardio - maybe I'll try again with the bike. Hi Rabbit - nice to see you posting regularly again.

I managed to squeeze in a bit ... 20 mins of arms this morning before we went to Welland and 2.5 miles on my bike when we got home.

I bought whey protein today. I usually use soy becaue my tummy doesn't like dairy much. But I'm all right with yogurt and I'm doing ok with cottage cheese. So I thought I'd try. I had a shake tonight simply because I hven't eaten since 3 pm. It was nice and creamy, tasted all right and so far the innards are fine

Tomorrow, I seriously need to clean up my eating!

Today I biked 10 miles again. I'm growing to like it very much. I should do something else after supper, just because I have the time and leisure today.
