15 min!!!! 2 min. more than yesterday on the yoga tape(I did a twist that made my neck make the most incredible poping and cracking sounds,then FELT GREAT. For a bad,brief moment I wondered if I was going to feel anything,ever..later,have a good w/e
lasted 3-4 more min. into the yoga tape,almost 1/3 of the way and without falling over AND I held each pose until it was time for the next one AND my jeans that were miserably tight two weeks ago were comfortable and I could bend over in them and still breathe.
