  • Hi Angie! Sorry about disappearing! I’ve started weightlifting so I have been posting a little in LWL (Ladies Who Lift). I’m still doing well. I do weightlifting 3 days a week and run/jog 2 days. I’m still losing weight (slowly), and I’m getting ready to start maintaining what I’ve lost. I want to do that for a while before losing more.
    Hope you’re still doing well Angie; you are very dedicated and inspiring! I will try to post more often!

    I'm just back from vacation so trying to get my life back in order. You know, need a vacation after a vacation. Got home on Sat early evening but had a car show to work on Sunday so was gone from about 7:30AM till almost 10PM. It was a long day for sure so now I can work on my laundry and finish unpacking. Anyone want to come help?

    Glad that you’re back; did you have a nice vacation?

    I lost 2lbs this week, and I’m just 1 pound away from the weight I want to maintain. So I’m going to maintain my weight for at least 9 months now, while I keep lifting weights and run 2 mornings of the week. I love the idea that I will get to eat more, and gradually increase my calories from 1500 and up toward 2000 (hopefully)!
    But I’ll still exercise every day, so I’ll continue to post here.
