Ok, so I went on vacation from 2/9-2/15 and then had trouble getting back on track with the exercise. Today I made myself do it and it feels great to be back on track. My total is going to be pathetic.

2/1-none
2/2-30 min C25K W3D2
2/3-30 min C25K W3D3, 20 min leg and arms
2/4-none, work
2/5-30 min C25K W3D4 (I do the program 4 days a week)
2/22-30 min C25K, 30 min treadmill alternating fast walking and incline

As long as you are back to exercise, the number really doesn't matter...
It will be way better than if you never had come back!!!
