Depends on what day you are on. If you are just on the first day then wait until Day 3 to decide if you need to redo that week. I personally would recommend that you push through to Week 4. That's what I did and I amazed myself.

Ok, no laughing at my tiny amount of exercise please, I am almost 2 weeks post op from having a hysterectomy so I am having to start out very slowly and will have to keep it pretty light for quite some time until I am fully healed. I am proud I was able to do what I have so far though and you are all very inspiring!
2/1: 30 min slow walk around the neighborhood
2/2: 2 1/2 laps around the high school track
