WOW...2 hours of "butt-shakin" fun! LOL! Do they give you any breaks during class? Donno...I've never worked out for that long. That's InCREDIBLE...GREAT JOB!

Just to change the songs....we were actually there for 2 hrs and 20mins . I didnt have all the moves down but I still moved by body and shaked my butt! I have actually done a 3hr Zumbathon before but that was not effective as by the time we got to the 2 1/2 hr mark we were all pooped (including the instructors). You should try a class sometime

Working out in a group motivates me to push myself harder so I tend to do well in these settings. Believe me, the time just flies especially when I am doing a fun workout!
