Keep track of your own monthly exercise here! (February)
I am back people!!!!
During my cardio one day I was thinking how interesting it would be to know how many minutes I exercise in the period of a month. So I am posting my exercise minutes daily in this threat and you are welcome to keep your data here too, so we can keep ourselves motivated. I started it last April and I was shocked to learn that in 3 weeks I worked out over 3,000 minutes!!!! What a motivation!!! It has helped me to keep going, because I want to see the minutes go up each day in this threat. You can even break the months down and learn how many minutes you worked out each week (and use the info to analyze your weight loss in that period) or maybe after 12 months you could add all the numbers you’ve got monthly and see how many minutes you exercised during the whole year. You don’t really have to post every day, as long as you keep track of the minutes from previous days and post it at once. It is up to you... * Make sure you get your minutes from your OWN last post. My January total = 1740 mins.
My February Goal = 1440 My Yearly Goal = 17,280 (averages out ot be 1,440/mo) Let's burn some butter! :D |

jenjen - Hope to see you with us all way til the end of the month!!! You can do it girl!!!! Girls!!! It is so nice having you guys back here this month... Your posts are so important to me... It gives me the motivation I need when I am at the gym and straggling on the machines!!! I do remember all of you while I am there... It is awesome to see how you all are so committed to your goals!!! Thank you everyone for posting!!! Today I am not sure I'll be able to Body Pump!!! It is snowing as **** over here and when this happen the gym cancel all the classes... and I hate it because all I have left to do are the cardio machines but I can just stay for so long... even though I try my hardest to keep going... sometimes my feet hurts... grrrrrr Well, I'll let you all know how did it go today. By the way: the weather is suppose to get even worse tomorrow, so maybe we wont have classes tomorrow again!!! Boy!!! This is really hurting me!!! Oh well!!!! It is a rough start for the month... but I see better days coming on our way!!!! See you next time chicks Bel |

I'm about 3 hours north of you. It's just starting to snow now, but we are expecting to get hammered, too! Hold on, it's going to be a bumpy ride! 2/1 - 30 minutes pilates/yoga, 50 minutes weight lifting ------------------------------------------------------ Total so far this month: 80 minutes |

Bel, I'm going to do my best to stick it out for the month. I work out with a trainer on Monday mornings and have a Saturday morning kettlebell class scheduled on the 26th, so that will help a lot.

Hey all. I really need to amp up my exercise. I am not sure what kinda of minute goal I have for this month so I will just use this month to set a goal for next month.
Feb 1.-slacker (although I did spend a good 30 min scrapping ice) I should hit my treadmill before my power goes out and I have an excuse. |

I am glad in communicate that my gym had the classes last night and seems like they will have it again today!!! yup!!!! I never thought I would be so happy about going to a exercise class?!!!!
