Do any of you guys work 12 hour shifts? I just can't seem to make myself workout on days I work. I leave the house at 6:20 am and don't get home until8:15-8:30 pm. When I get home I am hungry and have to fix myself dinner and I already wake up at 5:45 to get ready for work, so I can't imagine getting up earlier.

UGH! no exercise for the 6th (my birthday so I took it off) then Today out of nowhere I am having a lot of pain again. Maybe it's just internal healing going on. I plan on walking tomorrow though. If I post it here it holds me accountable
