I have totally slipped in this challenge and have to get back up to speed. I've let other junk get in the way and given in too often to the lazy... And, with a treadmill in my garage, it is really lazy of me to not use it. I don't even have to drive anywhere!
So, I'm going to get back in the groove starting today. I'll hit the treadmill for a little while when I get home, will hit the park either tomorrow or Sunday, and will get back to my target of three days per week of running. I want to be back to the 8 miles of several weeks ago, and want to be up to half marathon distance by the end of the summer. My friend in AZ who was going to run one with me bailed, so I've lost my messaging and motivation buddy. So, I'll make my own motivation!
Treadmill question, for those that use one - my shins hurt more after running on the treadmill than running outside. Is this normal?
