I have heard about a lot of different bars etc, but why not just eat a little bit less dinner?? What I usually do....is portion my foods, so I have "a certain amount" to eat in each meal,,,and after finishing that plate,,,it is STOP!!! It really works if you stick to it And off course drink water!!!
OK, here I am 2 weeks later.....I did NOT use the Fullbar this morning for breakfast and as a mid-morning snack....i'm super-busy at work, i forgot and did bring any with me.
I'm surprised, I'm really hungry.....much more so than I have been. I thought I had been had, but i have to think they are doing what is advertised. yes, i've used other bars, HProtein, Detour's designer whey, etc. but these are unique ....for me anyway.
I just wish they made one that tasted like potato chips.
Well, yesterday i bought my first 2 bars (cocoa chip and peanut butter). I ate both of them over the course of my 12 hour work day, and ate less than I normally would, and felt TOTALLY full!!! YEA!!!!!
Today, I went and bought 3 boxes (cocoa chip, cranberry almond and caramel apple crisp) - I wasn't a fan of the peanut butter. I had one before my lunch, and ate HALF...lemme say that again...HALF of what I normally would eat! Not to mention, I don't feel hungry AT ALL!!! I'm so excited!!
I really hope this works for me. I'm tired of the yo-yo, no-go and everything in between. Keep your fingers crossed!!
I just got some today and I will be starting them in the morning. My sister has used them for one month now and her first week on them she lost 7 pounds. She has also had great weight loss the other three weeks on them. That is amazing so I wanted to try them. I will let you know how they work for me
So I have been eating 1/2 bag of the fullbites for breakfast, a healthy luch, a fullbar before dinner, then the rest of my bag of fullbites for a late snack I think it seems to be working I have cut my calorie intake down to about 1,000 a day.
I had one the other day for an experiment and I feel considerably more full than if I had just drank water and had a granola bar lets say. I am going to get the 3 month package online and do this.
I think I'll try the puffed wheat cereal. I usually get Fiber One or go to "Granola Gourmet" website and order bars through mail. I have diabetes
(A1C = 6.3) and am trying to get it down under 6. Weight is coming off VERY slowly but at least it's not going up. Lowering A1C though diet and exercise (no med's).

Reason: added "s" on bar
I started the fulll bar last week and i can really tell a difference. I feel like I have lost weight and i know i am not eatting half as much as I use to .. The bars really make you feel full but i alsways eat as little so i will not be hungry later.. The price, well if you look at all the junk you are NOT eatting it well covers the price of the full bars.. I myself do not think they are that high considering all the other money that i have spent on diet wishes and the doctors i have went to and all the high price diet pills I have boughten.. I do not feel nervous on these bars i am not hungry and i am not looking for a snack all the time.. so far i do believe they work.. I had decided if this did not work i was going to get the lap band done i have tried every thing out there ..
Hi There..
I don't know if this works but I can tell you I personally know the doctor who created it. In fact, I would say if he says it works.. it probably does.
He did my gastric bypass surgery a few years ago. I had complications and had to have some "adjustments" made.. which resulted in my personal failure with losing weight. I have gained 40lbs back from the surgery as a result. I plan to try this full bar .. but since I've had the surgery I'll probably eat 1/2 a bar at a time.. and see. Once I start I'll post my findings.
I say Rockgirl... give it a go... I know the surgery worked for me before I had problems.. and it's the same idea... get full fast. eat significantly less.
kc
I tried the Full Bar. I was not impressed in the least. I didn't feel full and I felt like I was wasting my "calorie allowance" on something so useless.
Tried the fullbar for two weeks. Not so impressed, sorry to say. They taste OK, the cocoa crisp was my fave. I didn't feel that they affected my appetite that much unfortunately. Good luck!
I thought I would try the fullbar. I take a fiber with husk in it and it really does nothing for me. Each indiviaul can be different too. You can get Fullbar at Walmart in the Vitamin and diet isle. You get 6 bars for $7.50 but if you are just trying them out as I am then this would be a good way to go. It is not cheap, but if it doesn't work then I have not spent alot on a big box by ordering. There is so many gimicks out there, so I try to be careful, but I was curious on this one.
I tried the Full Bars last year. They tasted fine but I did not find them filling. They did nothing for my appetite. Oh well they made good snacks anyway
My brother eats one every day as his lunch. He loves them and they are actually well priced at Costco. That is my Christmas, Birthday, Whatever holiday gift for him. He gets choco. chip.
He doesn't eat anything else, just keeps it at his desk and eats it in place of a meal. He is also like a mini machine. Baseball player in good shape who is a trainer, so not huge bodybuilder looking, but in good shape.
