1/8: 275.8 drank LOTS of water yesterday to flush out sodium.

1/10: 274.2 Whoop! Glad it didn't bounce up too high!
1/11: 274.8 How can I lose 8 pounds with this pattern?
1/12: 276.8 Sodium!
1/13: 274.6 Gave up table salt yesterday. I hope I can make that a permanent thing.
1/14: 274.4 Whoop whoop, I love the downs, no matter how small!

Total lost: 5 lbs (secretly 6.8 lbs to make up for last month's shortfall)

1/01: 151.0 lbs - salt fest yesterday
1/02: 150.4 lbs - still puffy though
1/03: 149.4 lbs - Puff has left the building!
1/04: 150.0 lbs - Urgh!
1/05: 148.8 lbs - (-2.2 :)
1/06: 149.2 lbs - expected after last night's pub grub & AF
1/07: 150.0 lbs - expected, AF
1/08: 150.4 lbs - expected, AF
1/09: 149.8 lbs - water has started to go, AF (she should leave tomorrow!)

This morning I looked up what my ideal weight is, not just for my BMI but for my height and frame (because despite getting into the 200's, I am not big-boned. I have a medium frame), and it's 132-147 lbs (and because I weighed that for years, I know that's right). So I went from being 2.5 lbs overweight to 20 lbs overweight, lickety-split! Lol! :dizzy: Oh well! I'm not in a hurry, so I'll just keep plugging away! :carrot: (This is where I found the height and frame info: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/healt...hts-for-women/.)

Joining late but it has been a rough couple of months. I lost my dad just before Christmas and trying to focus on my goals was not even possible for a little bit there. He is very missed but I am so happy that he was able to live such a full and amazing life. I know that he would want me to be able to do the same and the only way that will be possible is if I make my health a top priority.

My goal for January is 10 pounds...I have already lost 5 since the beginning of the month but still have 5 to go to meet that goal.
