SMF makes sense to me, sometimes when you feel like you have been bouncing around the same numbers over and over again you can still see the rolling average creeping down and it can prevent saying screw it and falling off track :dizzy:;)

Oops! I haven't made our goal list yet, likely for the weird reason that I haven't made a goal for myself so I'm kind of in denial about this whole thread (although I love reading about all your activities!).
So, I haven't weighed since Christmas Eve. Pretty clear what my goal needs to be: Weigh every day (starting Jan-6) Okay. With that done, I'll go make our goal list and post it in a few minutes. |
