1/1: 276.0 1/2: 276.0 1/3: 277.3 "Step AWAY from the salt shaker..." 1/4: 277.2 1/5: 276.0 1/6: 276.0 1/7: 277.6 smh 1/8: 275.8 drank LOTS of water yesterday to flush out sodium. 1/9: 274.0 1/10: 274.2 Whoop! Glad it didn't bounce up too high! 1/11: 274.8 How can I lose 8 pounds with this pattern? 1/12: 276.8 Sodium! 1/13: 274.6 Gave up table salt yesterday. I hope I can make that a permanent thing. |
