1/01: 151.0 lbs - salt fest yesterday
1/02: 150.4 lbs - still puffy though
1/03: 149.4 lbs - Puff has left the building!
1/04: 150.0 lbs - Urgh!
1/05: 148.8 lbs - (-2.2 :)
1/06: 149.2 lbs - expected after last night's pub grub & AF
1/07: 150.0 lbs - expected, AF
1/08: 150.4 lbs - expected, AF
1/09: 149.8 lbs - water has started to go, AF (she should leave tomorrow!)

1/11: 150.4 lbs - back on the wagon today

Hello everyone; today is Friday weigh-in day.
Jacqui D, flower1, Tuca125, and gardenerjoy, thank you very much for the words of encouragement all month long!
I don't know what's going on - I am dieting but I am not starving myself. I am working like a farm animal so that's probably it. Also I am accustomed to having unusually large water losses when I first start a diet (I started in December).

Jacqui I missed you!!! I'm feeling way better. I'm not eating solid foods without much issue anymore. Hopefully by the start of next week things should be back to normal.

I went wedding dress shopping today. It was actually fun and enjoyable but now I'm completely drained. Nothing really stood out to me but it was nice to finally feel like a bride. So many life changes recently that the wedding has kinda been on the back burner of my mind.
