I'm finally back and so ready to get back on track. I've been way off the wagon for 2 weeks and I am so ready to get back to eating right and exercising.
I haven't weighed myself yet so I don't know how much damage I've done. I have decided to get back on track for one full week before I weigh in. My size 14s are still fitting good so I don't think it's too bad. My goal for Jan is to stay 100% OP the rest off the month and workout at least 4 times a week for at least 30 mins and to check in here at least once a day. |
