....trying and incomprehensible times in 2015...shoring up positive attitude and outlook has helped, even though it sometimes seems selfish to focus on one's self....but time marches on, and better to march along healthier and happier, eh? Gaaw! Why does it have to be so hard?

Hi everyone, I'm gonna jump on in. I've been way off the wagon way too long and gained way too much. Hopefully a challenge will be a good way to get back on track. Glad to see a couple of familiar faces, hope to see more! :)

I am going to set my goal for 10lbs. This may prove to be too high, but I am hoping that I am holding at least 3-5lbs of water since I lived on fast food all semester.

Down 4.4 - yahoo. I know this is mostly water weight as I had been eating a lot of salty potato chips over the holidays. Even so, it is motivating to see a drop.

Well that was quite a drop! I woke up super dehydrated this morning and I had tattoo removal yesterday (I usually retain water healing from that) so I predict it will be back up tomorrow or the next day. But it is a nice preview.

seemyfeet I'm super curious, what are the two weigh-ins on your tracker? I cant figure out what the letters mean.

I'm finally back and so ready to get back on track. I've been way off the wagon for 2 weeks and I am so ready to get back to eating right and exercising.

I haven't weighed myself yet so I don't know how much damage I've done. I have decided to get back on track for one full week before I weigh in. My size 14s are still fitting good so I don't think it's too bad.

My goal for Jan is to stay 100% OP the rest off the month and workout at least 4 times a week for at least 30 mins and to check in here at least once a day.
