Been doing good and will be doing my last C25K workout tomorrow.....if my knee is feeling up to it. Not sure what I have done but it hurt through the whole workout yesterday and doesn't feel great this morning. |

:wave: boatingmommy I'm right back with you on the weekends killing my weight loss, I think I'm getting a handle on it, but the winter coming in with a vengeance in Feb is making it harder...but we're doing it, not quitting!! BFR that wasn't my quote, but I have seen it here as well and have often thought of it after I've eaten for more than 1 or 2 people... :lol: I love me some potatoes! so, I'm technically at goal, but too nervous to make a new one just yet...I know my history with weekend weight and the month ends on Sat....sooo I'll reassess next week. Also thinking about picking up a new scale, which could change Everything! Goal -5 pounds 2/1-169.6 2/2-164.8 (after fast day, won't stick, but promising) 2/3-164.1 2/4-162.2 2/5-163.9 2/6-163.7 weekly WI +1.0 2/28-hoping for 164.6 or less best to all :sunny: |
After looking at all the calories I was getting from the olive oil I used to fry them, I have reluctantly decided to quit cooking any, being as when I have some, I want a lot of them. A few bites would be way worse than none at all :)
UGH !!! And now, I have two five gallon buckets of beautiful fresh Yukon Gold and white potatoes to give away.
