I didn't reach my goal weight of 207. But I still lost weight. On to a new month.

lol, I ended up at EXACTLY the same weight I started! I'm OK with that, it's not a gain and helped me normalize this new weight. But I hope the scale goes down in March :)

Congrats to all! Even if there was no loss, there was concerted effort and more fine-tuning. :)

Official Saturday weight - 1/31/15 - 113.4

2/2 - 118.5; 2/3 - 116.6; 2/4 - 116.2; 2/5 - 115.4; 2/6 - 114.8

Official Saturday weight: 2/7/15 - 112.8

2/10 - 116.3; 2/11 - 115.8; 2/12 - 114.7; 2/13 - 113.6

Official Saturday weight: 2/14 - 112.5 (gave myself a break on the half-pound goal to get to a "point five" point. )

2/15- 117; 2/16 - 116; 2/17 - 115; 2/18 - 114.8; 2/19 - 113.7

Official weigh-in (probably going to be earlier in the week from now as, as Sunday is no longer an Up Day): Friday, 2/20 - 111.8

2/22 - 118.3 (weekend food baby PLUS wet hair, lol); 2/23 - 116.7; 2/24 - 115.6

2/25 - 115.2 (800 calories, same for two previous days each)

2/26 - 114.1 (Total fast, except for cup of coffee with one TBL. heavy cream, vacuumed and mopped whole house, which was first exercise of the week)

2/27 - Official weigh-in weight: 111.4 (First weigh-in of the day: 112.3. Jogged/walked for two hours, including over 300 jumping jacks (all told) during commercials. Got up before 7 a. m. and did not reach goal until after 1:30 p. m.! Will be adding more exercise next week, and taking vitamins with regular meals four days a week, thus only adding 200 calories for a fifth day of morning vitamins, when I eat my main meal in the evening and don't want to take energizing vitamins then. )

Calories for Friday and Saturday: 3000+ calories each day.
