Hello all, trying to do a better job of setting my goal, I know I'm up today from the weekend. I think 5 pounds is realistic, with the month ending on Saturday.

Goal -5 pounds

2/1-169.6
2/2-164.8 (after fast day, won't stick, but promising)

2/28-hoping for 164.6 or less

Hope everyone is doing well! Superbowl kicked my behind, and I'm wondering if I should aim for 5 lbs from this morning's weight.

But then...I couldn't decide if I'd feel like it's a cop out. (I was 148.0 on the first and 149.8 this morning!)

SO yeahhh ultimately, I'll just push for 143.0 by the end of this month. As long as I try, I won't hate myself if I don't hit it. :lol:

Atarimae - I totally know what you are saying. After super bowl weigh in was not pretty. But, I'm going to do my best....I really want to make goal again!
