Our weather prediction changed over night from "probably no snow" to "maybe 8 inches." Yikes! I went early to the grocery store to beat the crowd and got filmed by a TV camera crew while picking up the milk.

I really went up, as usual after an "Up Day," but that is temporary. I just officially count my Saturday weight, or when I get to a half-pound loss for the week. That should be happening earlier this coming week, because I'm not going to have an Up Day (which are 3000+ calories) until I get a half-pound loss. Then an Up Day every other day until Sunday. Previously, I was having an Up Day on Sunday, to start the week, but that meant having to do a TON of exercise to hit goal by Saturday! So Sunday is now officially (I like saying "officially" when it has to do with diet, lol) a "Down Day." In my version of intermittent fasting, a Down Day is one 600 calorie meal (which includes a pan/giant bowl full of "free," non-starch veggies in addition to the 600, and also some "free" no-sugar juice), but still getting all the calories I'm supposed to in a week (8400) and usually more. Official Saturday weight - 1/31/15 - 113.4 2/2/15 - 118.5 2/3/15 - 116.6 2/4/15 - 116.2 2/5/15 - 115.4 2/6/15 - 114.8 Official Saturday weight: 2/7/15 - 112.8 2/10/15 - 116.3 2/11/15 - 115.8 2/12/15 - 114.7 2/13/15 - 113.6 Official Saturday weight: 2/14/15 - 112.5 (gave myself a break on the half-pound goal to get to a "point five" point. ) 2/15/15 - 117 |

Off to a good start. Managed Day1 without any problems. Down 4.1lbs. 284.4 this morning. I'm carb sensitive :cool: What can I say? Working on making today a success too :) |
