Good morning, everyone. I went for a run last night for the first time in two weeks (my knee had swollen up), and it felt great. Granted, I only ran one mile and walked the last two, but the last thing I want to do is make my knee swell again.
I'm up 1/2 pound which is expected. I ate some pretty salty things over the weekend, I ran last night (which means my body is holding onto water to repair muscles), and I wasn't totally on plan with calories. I didn't eat horribly, but I ate a smidge more than I should have.

pnkrckpixikat, I'm a big fan of eating out. I'd do it everyday if I could afford it financially. Good for you for eating out on Saturdays only! Maybe it will become a day to be focused on, meaning you'll eat really well all week knowing that on Saturday you will be going out for something different to eat. Good luck!
B F R, my scale is always three pounds less than what my doctor's office weighs me in at. If you want an accurate weight daily, weigh yourself as soon as you wake up in the morning with no clothes on.
cheeriloos, mmmm, Chinese sounds delicious! I'm sure you'll be back on track before you know it.
Changergirl, contrats on the loss! Woo hoo!
Angelique, the Monday after the weekend is always highest for me, too. I don't get a lot of water in during the weekend (I get at least 120 oz during the week), and I think that really affects me. I'm sure the scale will start its downward trend for you. Keep hydrated!
Stay Puft, ugh, I hear you about calorie counting. That's what I'm doing and it's what I did a few years ago to drop my last 30 pounds. It's so maddening at times. How the helll can I eat on-calorie, drink a ton of water, and be UP!?! It's frustrating, isn't it? This may sound bizarre, but some days when this would happen, I would eat an extra 500-600 calories for one day and then go back to my normal calories. I would always start dropping again. Of course, this is just my own scientific experiment, and may not work for everyone. The extra calories were fun, though.
LovelyLeah: AWESOME job on the weight loss!!!
