Hi all - first challenge here. My goal is to get into the 100s this month. Using bodymedia - but consistently losing slower than it predicts so trying to get more strict on myself.

GW: 198 (firmly in onederland for first time in 4+ years?!)
Note I'm a little nervous about doing daily weigh-ins, might switch to weekly. Doing a lot of traveling and that seems to lead to water retention day after especially...

Rhiko, I adore your avatar pic! I look at it and find myself saying, "Awww." It's just so sweet! So, you say you cut back on foods. Is it possible that you cut too far back on calories considering you're a runner? Or is it just right now?
Sorry, I wasn't specific (which is not unusual of me lol). I got back into the habit of eating a block of chocolate per 2 weeks (actually, I think it was once a week?) and other bad foods like that. I've stopped looking at them in the supermarket again and wanting to have them. Also, because I'm still not losing after all the running I've done post-chocolate, I'm thinking it's my portion sizes that are getting too big again. Though, I'm not a fan of eating regularly anyway, so bigger portions mean I get to my calories lol

Rhiko, you sound like you are as big a cat lover as I am. I have three cats, 2 girls and a boy, and your Neko reminds me of my boy, Ichabod, not in looks (Ichabod is a black cat) but because of that expression. Ichabod is such a lover boy, lol!
I'm in! Glad to be back. This will be my first challange in over 3 months. Hopefully it will get me back on track in a hurry. I need the motivation of losing at a steady pace. I hope to lose 10.1 lbs this month as I am holding in several lbs of water and I would like to reach the 180's. My hands and feet are very swollen.
I'm also in! Ill shoot for another 8, I didn't make it last month but I'm gonna go at it harder this month!! Want to be 220 by Halloween. I think I am also going to start weighing twice a week. Tuesdays and Fridays. That will maybe give me a clue as to why I lose one week but don't do anything the next week.

Monday is going to be my weigh-in day for this challenge so 1 day in and I'm already up, though by the tiniest of margins. It's TOM though so I'm hoping to see a whoosh soon.
