Yesterday, I got incredibly lucky. I was good all week until yesterday when I was just tired and ate a buncha things I wasn't supposed to and didn't do my second work out in the evening. I ended up losing anyway, so yesssss. My body needed the rest. But I'm being good today, I promise.

My refrigerator is coming today! :woohoo: I know that will make a world of difference in my diet! Bought a small prepared salad for dinner yesterday and the day before. Feeling a lot more normal. It's surprising how much we need refrigerators!

GettinFit, I bow to your ability to resist pizza. I succumbed tonight at work, since it had been a stressful day and I had to work late. Ack, such lame excuses! I ended up feeling overly full so I hit the bike as soon as I got home. Unfortunately, my thigh muscles are acting up and I'm afraid to overdo it, so I only got 25 minutes in.
My cat is home from the vet, recovering nicely from his ear surgery. His ear looks awful and will probably always look a bit mangled, but he doesn't seem to be in any pain. tyla, enjoy the new fridge! |
Hello everyone! I had on OP day yesterday as well. Today we're supposed to go to gym with my friend, I'm not really bothered but guess I will have to.

Day 13th OP :) Yes i am back on track.. i followed ma diet and did my workout like a good girl:carrot: I think its time for me to get a proper diet plan for myself, probably need to get an appointment with the dietician.I have skipped meals at times.. and have realized that doesnt really help!! @Bunneh : good going! looks like you just have 8 pounds more to go for your target! :hug: @gettinfit : well done! a fruit bowl against a pizza slice and brownies.. you have good will power!! So far, so good. I have upped my water intake, although not as much as planned. I've got to do better with that. But other than that, I'm making good progress. |

Steph - I'm glad your kitty is okay and don't beat yourself for the slip up yesterday. You have done such an awesome job the past year losing 90 pounds!!! tamanna - Great job on 13 days!!! I hope your meeting with the dietician goes well. smoosmoo - Nice job on your OP day too and enjoy your workout today. All is going good with me. OP and exercising every day this week. Even though the scale is moving so slow, I'm seeing great results in my clothes and getting lots of compliments. Hopefully, in the near future I'll have a big woosh. Have a great OP day ladies. |
Yesterday morning i weighed in at 149.6, but this morning back up to 150.4. That's .2lb more than last week, and I was good every day this WHOLE week, 6 days in a row of under my calorie goal and exercise! Grr. Oh well. Hopefully next weigh in will be a woosh and I'll finally be steady into the 140's again!!! Good luck this weekend everyone!

Yesterday Hubby came home from work not feeling well, he says there's something going around at work, so he took some cold meds when he got home then more before bed. This prompted me to take a half dose as a pre-emptive strike, so I woke this morning groggy and stiff. Last night I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder while getting towels out of the dryer. So all this is tempting me to go back to bed! Hopefully if I stay up and keep moving I'll feel better.

Hello everyone. Just got back from gym, I feel.. tired as heck. Mainly because we had to walk a long way there and back, but got a lot of exercise today.

Hi everyone! I had a crazy busy week and I am so looking forward to the weekend! I still was able to get my workouts in though. :)
I'm still on track...no sugar or snacks all month and been working out everyday. Still haven't weighed myself but my clothes are literally falling off of me. Every pair of leggings I have are now too big so I have to go clothes shopping for bottoms this weekend. Lastly, I have to figure out how to add more calories to my diet so once my workload slow down I need to do research on that. Have a great weekend girls! |

I did try to take a nap but couldn’t fall asleep, so I decided to clean the baseboards in the house thinking that would involve a lot of sitting, but that lead to my dusting, then taking down the curtains in the dining room to shake out, then washing them, then washing the blinds and the window. How does one simple job escalate? At least the DR is really clean. I also gave April a Spa Day which included brushing her teeth. I feel pretty good now so maybe it was just the grogginess from the cold meds. I hope anyway. Its supposed to rain all weekend so we are planning to just stay home and relax.

I do feel better this morning. I found the secret to Hubby's not staying home yesterday; last week his boss got sick and was out for a few days so Hubby being the kind and compassionate soul he is gave his boss a hard time for staying home {boss is Army Hubby is Navy, if that gives you any ideas} so when a week later Hubby didn't feel well he DARE NOT stay home and give Boss a reason to give him a hard time. :p {and just like that grown men are 12 years old again.}
My shoulder is still a bit sore but nothing major, today is the day I traditionally clean house {vac, mop floors} but at least I know the DR is clean! I would like to do a workout buy I'm not sure what to do yet. |
