Hi gals, just a quick check in because this week just keeps getting crazier - big deadline at work, some kitty issues, my house is still in chaos due to the bathroom reno. I overate on Sunday but did better yesterday. I also got in two workouts yesterday, so that was good.

smoo Great buffet will power! I used to feel like I had to eat a lot at buffets to "get my money's worth" but realized that I enjoy myself a lot more if I just eat a tiny bit of a variety of things, and like you said fill up on a salad. I decided what I'm really paying for is the variety not volume. tamanna The sale drags sometimes, for no good reason. Just stick with it and it'll happen. Rabbit TOM always makes me hungrier too. I started the bread and laundry this morning. Today is Hubby's Bday, but he forgot to take the day off, so he's at work. {I think his work friends take him out to lunch;)}. I've got KCM's Plateau Buster workout planned for today.

Slightly OT: wow, PMS has never before hit me so hard! I'm extremely grouchy, grumpy, irritated and constantly feel like hitting something (or someone). I've never been so moody in my life... kind of scary really. :dracula:

Payless Shoes is having a BOGO sale and they are one of the few places that sell my size {10w-11} so I bought a pair of black loafers {which I really neded} and a pair of running sneakers with a waffle bottom. There's not much to them compared to my other sneakers but they are fun and support my foot well. Google Image Result for http://www.payless.com/images/490x490/125535_4_490x490.jpg Mine are black. I wore them for todays workout and they aded to the balance work but at least I could blame the shoes for tipping over.

I've had a pretty good day. I am in a lot of pain with my MS, so I modified my exercise today, but I still did it.
I was counting calories on LoseIt but it keeps locking up and freezing, so I have went back to Sparkpeople. But I have learned counting calories is working, so I won't be going back to WW at this time. I have got to stick with this. I see my 249 goal coming soon! |

Penguin - Your sneakers are cute! Bunneh I would have gone for pink or lime green :D Peggy I'm with 'ya on the calorie counting. I cancelled my WW monthly pass last week. For now I am loving counging calories and it's workingfor me. Congrats on your loss this week and I hope your pain subsides soon. I've had a very good day. I did my workout before work this morning because I had an appt at the hair salon after work. I didn't get done until around 8:15 and I was starving. I stopped at Subway and got a healthy sub. I usually get baked Lay's but tonight I didn't. I am feeling so strong :strong: and I just want to stay in this zone:cb: I hope you ladies all had a great day. |

Breakfast Latte leftover Jason's deli 1/2 Santa Fe chicken Sand + spicy ranch apple + PB leftover Outback 3oz steak, sweet potato, peas/carrots slice cake, strawberries, whipped cream 55min cardio/weights It was nice outside this afternoon so I went into the backyard and picked up some branches that had fallen during the last storm, and did a little weeding. |
