Just a drive-by weigh in!
258 this morning! 9 lbs down since the first, 5 lbs down this week
I'm happy to say I will NEVER see the 260s again!
Now I'm going to focus on bidding adieu to the 250s!!
Only 3 lbs to go to my monthly goal!

Total loss of 17 pounds since the 1st =)

It sounds like everyone's doing really well. When I weighed in last week I'd lost 5lb, so 3lb off my January goal. Struggling this week though. Exercising every day, but struggling a bit with the food side of things.

sherri ~ on losing those 5 pounds.

jester ~ Way to go on the poundage down and just keep moving forward and hopefully you can get the food in order as well. You are doing a great job.

dandk ~ on the weight loss. That is amazing. Keep up the groovy work.

tavy ~ on that accomplishment. I'm sure you will be out of the 250s in no time.

KimL ~ Great job.

gardenjoy ~ That is excellent! You keep those 100% days coming and you will see your goal in no time.

roadtofitty ~ You know, I do the gum thing. Gum and ice chips really, all night while I'm working. It helps sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I try not to deprive myself of some of my guilty pleasures. Usually on a Friday or Saturday I will work the calories for something completely unhealthy for me and guilt free. Cravings tend to hit us hard sometimes and the times when i do give in, I make sure my butt is making up those calories on the elliptical that same day..


Well as for me, it was a maintenance week for me last week. I do that from time to time just to not feel so deprived and it is really good for the metabolism as well. But this week will be about scoring those big deficits so I can get moving on this weight loss thing. Gotta get HOT before my vacation the first week of July. Can't hit the beach in a moomoo now can I?

In any case, you ladies have a great day...I am off to work.

January is halfway over, and I'm at 3.6lb lost from my 7lb goal. Time to just keep swimming, just keep swimming.. ok, really, eating decently and recording it all.

I lost 2 lbs last week, In total I've lost 6 lbs. So I have 7 lbs to lose until I reach my goal of 13 lbs.

I still ate poorly last week (fast food/rich foods/too much snacking), so a gain is not unexpected. Need to double my efforts and eat right to support the exercise. Three more "official" weekly weigh-ins for this month, so there's still time to straighten out.

Good job to everyone!! I see lots of ladies hitting their goals and mini-goals.. that's awesome

Everyone renews their fitness vows for New Years.. and then we can set some new goals for Valentines, so we're on the right track.
