roadtofitty ~ You know, I do the gum thing. Gum and ice chips really, all night while I'm working. It helps sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I try not to deprive myself of some of my guilty pleasures. Usually on a Friday or Saturday I will work the calories for something completely unhealthy for me and guilt free. Cravings tend to hit us hard sometimes and the times when i do give in, I make sure my butt is making up those calories on the elliptical that same day..
Well as for me, it was a maintenance week for me last week. I do that from time to time just to not feel so deprived and it is really good for the metabolism as well. But this week will be about scoring those big deficits so I can get moving on this weight loss thing. Gotta get HOT before my vacation the first week of July. Can't hit the beach in a moomoo now can I?
