  • I'm shooting for 10 pounds this month!
    I would love to be 250 by February 1st
  • Happy 2012 everyone! I'm signing up to lose 6 lbs in January.
  • My goal for January is to lose 13 lbs. I'm just dying to get out of the 270's. It seems like every time I get to the 270's I start going back up. So hopefully I can make it this time.
  • If I can get in on this, I would like to lose 5 lbs this month. If I lose more, that would make me happy, but I don't want to put my goal up to high.
  • Hello everyone I have been away for a very long time. I was in a transformation contest at my gym and won in the 12 weeks I lost 27lbs and 31 inches... I have since fell off the wagon and gain back 7lbs of that. I am hoping that if I can come here and have another support sytem I will be able to keep on track... I will go for 6 lbs this month
  • I'm starting back up again after gaining too much weight last year.

    My goal is to lose 15lbs this month! I know since I am just starting that I will lose a lot the first month.
  • chickadee32: maintenance is really no different than losing as far as what I need to do. The difference is finding new things to motivate myself besides the number on the scale. That's where I'm hoping this thread will help! I want to see if I can nudge the weight down a bit -- creating a buffer zone like you said.

  • Hi everybody! I am new to the forum! My weight loss goal for this month is 6 pounds. I am currently 149 and my goal is 144. Do we post our weekly weigh-in results or just the final weight at the end of the month? Good luck to all of us!

    I'd like to jump into this challenge, I've been to 3fc a couple of years ago, and did really well, then lifestyle changed things happen and you know the story...

    I lost 30lbs last time and now Im heavier than before i started then, so kick my *** and lets lose some weight

    My goal is to lose 7lbs by end of January.

    I hit goal weight last summer but let it go when the holidays hit, so I need to lose 11 lbs to get back where I was.

    I'm a believer in realistic goals, so my January goal will be to lose at least 6 lbs by 1/31.

    SW (12/31/11): 123.5lbs
    GW (1/31/12): 117.5lbs (or less)

    I'd join an exercise challenge, but I'm officially a Zumba Instructor now, so I exercise at least 6 hours a week I'm proof that you can't out-exercise poor nutrition. I'm definitely cutting down on the chocolate & fast food this month.

  • I'd like to shoot for 5 pounds for January...I have a whole bunch of mini-goals (5 lbs, 5%, 10%, BMIU etc) so I'll stick with the first one and who knows--if I work hard I'll hit one or two more!
